More than a dozen varieties of cylinder-liners covering seven series, namely 86 88 93 95 98 102 105, with brand names of "Heatspin" and "Universal" are manufactured here and sold well both at home and abroad, featuring excellent quality and reasonable price, with a very high performance versus price ratio.
Under the leadership of senior engineer Wang Shuxuan, who is also the patentee of steel cylinder-liner in China and a member of the panel of experts that drafted the standards for this industry, our company was founded in the year 2000. Centering around the theme of constant innovation and improvement of quality. Our company passed the ISO9002 accreditation.
We constantly upgrade our facilities. As a result, all the key manufacturing procedures are automatic or semi-automatic. Currently, we have the output capacity of 300, 000 pieces of cylinder-liners and 12, 000 sets of liner kits. Among the domestic cylinder-liner manufacturers, we are the only manufacturer that boasts a complete production line that includes stretching and attenuating the steel pipe to make semi-finished products, plating and final product manufacturing. With a capacity of 500, 000 pieces of semi-finished products a year. Meeting our own needs, we supply other manufacturers with the rest.
